New Directors at KPMG Czech Republic: Michael Cianci and Fergus Cunningham
Since joining KPMG, Michael Cianci has played a key role in developing the Accounting Services and Payroll department to become one of the industry’s leading players on the market. In his new post, he will head up the department and develop new products that are tailored to clients` needs.
Michael Cianci graduated from Yale University (BA in 1993) and from Georgetown University (MS in 1996). He is a member of ACCA.
Michael Cianci spends his free time with his wife and two daughters. He is also an avid cyclist, both mountain and road.
In 2004 Fergus Cunningham was promoted to Manager and in 2007 to Senior Manager. Since joining KPMG Czech Republic, he has been actively involved in the professional education and training of staff as well as in the recruitment and secondment of expatriate employees. Fergus Cunningham is active in the expatriate business community and brings to the Prague office a considerable amount of international experience.
Fergus Cunningham graduated from the University of Tasmania in 1997. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and an Accredited Mediator.
In his free time, Fergus Cunningham enjoys travelling, taking photographs, exploring new cities and tasting international cuisine. His favourite sports include bike riding and snowboarding.

Michael Cianci and Fergus Cunningham have been appointed as new Directors in the company`s Accounting Services and Payroll and Audit departments respectively.

Michael Cianci joined KPMG Czech Republic in 1997. His responsibilities include helping foreign entities to start business in the Czech Republic and providing accounting and payroll services to companies from various industries, with specialisation in real estate companies and hotels. |

Fergus Cunningham joined KPMG Czech Republic in 2002 after five years at KPMG in Australia. Over the last several years he has specialised in commercial audit, primarily of companies in the manufacturing, retail, and information and communications sectors. |
