Jiri Diepolt, Jiri Medricky and Judita Rihova have become new senior managers in the Audit Financial Services department of KPMG Czech Republic.

Jiri Diepolt is responsible for providing advisory in IT governance, information risk management and for internal and external IT audit, mainly in the sector of financial institutions. His other specialisations include data quality management, project risk management and services related to information security. His client portfolio includes Czech and multinational companies operating in the insurance and banking business.


Jiri Diepolt graduated from the University of Economics, Prague – Faculty of Information and Statistics. He has been a holder of the CISA certificate (Certified Information System Auditor) issued by ISACA since 2001, CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certificate (since 2004) and ITIL manager’s certificate (since 2006). He joined KPMG Czech Republic in 1999. Before joining KPMG, he worked at ICL and IBM as senior consultant.

In his free time, he likes to be with his family and also enjoys music and sport – golf (actively) and ice-hockey (passively).


Jiri Medricky primarily deals with audits of banks and accounting advisory, where he is responsible for IFRS conversions and financial strategies. He is a member of the financial risk management group, where he focuses on providing hedge accounting services, mainly to clients in the real estate business. At KPMG Czech Republic Medricky is also the responsible person for training in IFRS and IAS 39.


Jiri Medricky graduated from the University of Economics in Prague in 1999. He has been an ACCA member since 2003.

He enjoys spending time with his family; his hobbies include sport, namely football, tennis and snowboarding.


Judita Rihova specialises in audit and advisory for insurance companies and pension funds in the Czech Republic and CEE. Rihova also focuses on services relating to the regulation of insurance companies – solvency, licence proceedings, portfolio transfers, and clarification and interpretation of regulatory requirements. She has also experience of due diligence and advises on IFRS implementation.


Judita Rihova graduated from the University of Economics, Prague, in 1998. In September of that year she joined KPMG Czech Republic. In 2001 she completed her studies at the law faculty of Charles University. She was appointed manager in 2004. She is a certified accounting specialist and statutory auditor.

Besides her native Czech, she speaks English and German. She likes to spend time with her children and husband and tries to find time for her hobby – pigeon breeding.
