Jana Bartyzalová has become a Partner in the Tax Department of KPMG Czech Republic. Mrs. Bartyzalová mainly specialises in personal income tax issues, including the taxation of international executives. She also serves our clients - large international companies in various sectors, in the area of corporate income tax and the taxation of permanent establishments and branches. |
Mrs. Bartyzalová graduated from the University of Economics in Prague in 1987. She is a Czech certified tax advisor and is fluent in English and German. She likes hiking in the mountains and travelling. Her other hobbies are snowboarding, tennis, yoga and golf.

Petr Sikora has become a Partner in the Audit Department of KPMG Czech Republic. In recent years Mr. Sikora has provided audit services across a range of industries, in particular, construction, energy and trade. Among his clients are Skanska CZ and the K&K Capital Group. |
Mr. Sikora received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Transportation and Communications in Žilina in 1993 and completed his MA at the Czech Technical University in Prague in 1995. He is a Czech certified tax advisor, as well as a certified auditor and is fluent in English and German.
Mr. Sikora´s biggest hobby is his young daughter Lenka. He is also keen on travelling, hiking and playing chess and he enjoys good wine.

David Scott has become a partner in the Risk Advisory Services Department of KPMG Czech Republic. His main areas of specialisation include business processes and internal controls, shared services, IT risk management, project management and Sarbanes-Oxley. |
Mr. Scott joined KPMG Czech Republic in November 2004 and his responsibilities include providing IT advisory services to local clients as well as regional and international groups.
Mr. Scott joined KPMG LLP (UK) in London in 1997 and spent his initial years working on audit and advisory projects for local clients. In 2001, he undertook an 18 month assignment focusing on the IT aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including post-deal integration and separation. He spent most of 2003 working on a global SAP implementation, which took him to Switzerland, Chile and Malaysia.
Mr. Scott gained his bachelor’s degree in Accountancy in 1991 and he qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland in 1994. Following this he obtained a post-graduate diploma in Business Systems Analysis and Design in 1999 and CISA certification in 2000. Besides work, Mr. Scott likes to spend his time travelling, running, going to the theatre and relaxing with good music.

Eva Doyle has joined the Tax Department of KPMG in the Czech Republic as a new Partner with effect from 1 October 2006. She has replaced Euan Tawse who recently retired, having spent 10 years at KPMG Czech Republic and over 26 years overall with KPMG member firms. |
Mrs. Doyle will be responsible for mergers and acquisitions and international tax, with a special focus on real estate. She is also head of M&A Tax for KPMG in Central and Eastern Europe.
Having been in Central Europe since 1993, including ten years in Poland, Mrs. Doyle brings with her a wealth of experience in respect of due diligence, transaction structuring and international tax across all industries. She has dealt with a large number of structuring engagements covering acquisitions, disposals and internal reorganisations. These have been mainly focused on Polish tax aspects and their interaction with international regulations. Mrs. Doyle joined KPMG in Poland in 1996 as a Manager in the Tax Department and was promoted to Partner in October 2000.
Mrs. Doyle has an LL.B from Dublin University. She is a Chartered Tax Advisor and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She enjoys travelling, reading, skiing and diving.
