Recruitment process

1. If you are interested in working for KPMG Czech Republic, please fill in the Graduate Application Form. Please also attach your CV in both English and Czech and a cover letter.

2. Applications will be reviewed and suitable candidates will be invited to the Assessment Centre. This will comprise written tests and interactive group tasks. The written tests include:

  • numerical/logical tasks
  • test of social intelligence
  • an essay in Czech and English
  • a test of English or German

Once you have successfully passed the written tests you will participate in the interactive part of the recruitment process, which comprises model tasks focused on:

  • communication and negotiation skills

  • presentation skills

  • teamwork skills
The Assessment Centre for 2010 will begin in February. You can register by filling a form on this page.

3. Candidates who are successful in the interactive part of the recruitment process will be invited for interviews with managers and partners of KPMG Czech Republic.

4. If KPMG decides to make you a job offer after the interview and you accept this offer, we will arrange a date to sign the employment contract and start making all the necessary arrangements for you to join the company during August 2010. The first 6 weeks with KPMG Czech Republic are dedicated to introductory training.
